Hayden Harrington

Hayden is the Founder of The Harrington Company and serves as the company’s Broker-in-Charge and Team Lead. He has been serving Florence and the Pee Dee area as a Realtor and consultant since 2015. Hayden was born and raised in Florence and appreciates the community and charm it brings. The location of Florence is also unique and attractive, being only one hour away from the beach and Columbia, a day trip away from the mountains in the Upstate, or a Lowcountry dinner in Charleston. Hayden loves his community and the team he has at The Harrington Company and finds it unimaginable to serve anywhere else. He has served on the board of the Pee Dee Realtors Association and other local nonprofits over the years and has been voted a Best of the Pee Dee top contender for many years since 2019. He opened his first brokerage in the fall of 2018. 

After graduating from West Florence High School, he went on to study at Francis

Marion University, and earned a degree in Business Management/Entrepreneurship and a minor in Environmental Studies from the University of South Carolina. He also had a direct study focus in Real Estate. He began his career in recreational land sales and later added residential sales to his work in mid-2016. By 2018, he was still passionate about recreational land sales but had become more active in residential and commercial sales. In 2019, Hayden shifted his portfolio focus primarily to commercial sales, commercial property management, development and high quality recreational land sales. Currently, he represents clients and Team Lead in the areas of residential, commercial, and recreational real estate. Hayden also participates in special real estate projects in Georgetown, SC, appreciating all the history and beauty of the town and the coast.

Helping 140+ families and businesses, securing $60,000,000+ of dollars in sales for clients, Hayden’s favorite thing about being in real estate is creating opportunities and problem solving. He loves how every day is different and is passionate about commercial revitalization and development. Combining that with his love of architecture, old homes, land, and wildlife management; this truly makes what he does the “best job ever”. He brings immense value to his clients through his passion to serve and provide solutions to problems. He is highly organized and laser-focused in his career. Professionalism and communication are a large part of successful business and he takes that very seriously. As he tells his people, “Our name is on that sign.” Meaning, not only will he do everything in his power to be their ultimate resource, he has pride in what he does as it is a reflection of who he is; the people that work with him and the good people and properties he represents.

Hayden is happily married to his high school sweetheart and they have a wonderful little girl together. He cherishes spending time with his family and two Boykin Spaniels more than anything else. Hayden holds his late father, Carl Harrington, in high regard as his superhero and his grandfather, Richard Harrington, as his everyday hero and beloved mentor. He enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, and a good tv show in his free time. He is a South Carolina Gamecock to the core and loves football, baseball, and hockey. Hayden also enjoys spending time in Georgetown, SC where he enjoys reminiscing about the area through fishing, exploring the city and relaxing.
