Born and raised in Florence, South Carolina, Derek has been helping families in the community buy and sell property since 2020 and has expertise in both commercial and residential real estate.

He regularly volunteers with local non-profit organizations and is proud to have graduated from Florence Christian School and Francis Marion University, where he earned a degree in Psychology.
